My vet recommended this product for my 10 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I paid over $100 for the bottle. After sixty days on this product my old dog was transformed. He’s more vigorous – now loves his walk instead of loathing it. Aches and pains have disappeared. Dasuquin is simply amazing. I’ve been using the product for almost two years now – and would never ever stop using it. I’ve recommended it to dozens of friends with aging dogs or dogs with joint issues. They all love it. It may not taste the best (I disguise the taste with a snap cookie or spoon of dog food) but WOW what a difference! Don’t hesitate at all – buy this product! PS the Amazon price is tremendous! Wire Rake Scooper for Grass
We needed to purchase a scooper for our back yard, so I went to Amazon to review the options. Both this product and the Sanitary Pooper Scooper received pretty positive reviews. I decided to buy them both so my girlfriend and I have something to do together (ha). This Wire Rack type is quite simple in design whereas the Sanitary Pooper Scooper is the crossed handle kind. I found that both work generally well. But, the Wire Rake one really impressed me. It is incredibly easy to use–just “rake” through the poop. The Sanitary model is more a grabber or clasper of the poop. The huge advantage goes to the Wire Rack if/when the poop is sort of down into the grass. The Sanitary model tends to chop up the poop, leaving gross half chunks behind. The Wire Rake style just easily slid through the grass and in the process smoothly picked up the poop. It even worked great in thicker and taller grass. Both do the job, but the Wire Rake was really impressive and deserves 5 stars. The Sanitary model is adequate, but deserves only 3 stars in my opinion. Also, the Sanitary model sort of feels a little bit cheapie, too, whereas the Wire Rake is quite sturdy and feels of a higher quality make. So, of the two links below, I would personally recommend going with the second link, the Wire Rake Scooper for Grass. Sanitary Pooper Scooper, Rake Wire Rake Scooper for Grass Read more »
CatGenie Washable Granules
At first, the cats didn’t know quite what to make of it. So, you have to be patient. Set up your catgenie in the bathroom or the laundry room, but keep their litterbox nearby. I let the old litterbox get a little “dirty” and my cat who is extremely tidy began using the catgenie. The old litterbox has gone away with the garbage truck. Now, the cats seem to enjoy watching the catgenie go through its cleaning cycle. Definitely worth the money as it has saved me time and my sanity. Read more »
Cuisinart 77-10 Chef’s Classic Stainless-Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set
This pot set is beautiful, well-crafted, and functional. I have wanted to switch over to stainless steal and/or aluminum because of the research that has shown teflon cookware leaches dangerous chemicals into food (don’t buy non-stick cookware!–see the Environmental Protection Agency’s official statement on Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA) and Fluorinated Telomers that are found in non-stick cookware and products at [...]). I was leery about how much cleaning would be involved in changing from non-stick cookware, but I was extremely surprised and pleased. I cooked rice in one of the pots, which typically leaves tough residue. It took no more time to clean these pots. I made breakfast in one of the skillet and again, clean-up was a breeze. I don’t have a dishwasher, so I can’t speak about that, but they are dishwasher-safe. I use wooden spoons and spatulas, but the product information states that minor scratches from using stainless-steal utensils won’t harm the integrity of the product. In all, I highly recommend these pots and pans. They have some great features (great lid-vacuum seal, the ability to go in the oven up to 500F, and FAST heating), they are easy to clean, and they look so wonderful hanging in my kitchen’s pot rack! Highly recommend. Read more »

Black & Decker TRO480BS Toast-R-Oven 4-Slice Toaster Oven
I wanted to condense my toaster oven and toaster into one appliance, and bought this one based on the reviews. It is everything I could want in a toaster oven! My toast is crispy on the outside but still soft inside – not all dried out and unevenly toasted like my old toaster produced. I have used the oven to make pizza slices and reheat food and it is fast! Would absolutely buy another one! Read more »
Garmin iQue 3600 PDA/GPS Handheld System with Americas Detailed Street Mapping
It appears that Garmin has responded to the criticism and released an update (not patch 1, but a later update). The list of fixed problems seems to include many of the issues commented upon here. It would be helpful if users after this would only provide feedback after they have tried this update. Otherwise, we are basing our opinions on out-of-date information. Amazon’s software required me to post a rating. Frankly, I just found out about the update myself and am interested the response of more experienced users who had problems with the old software to this information. Read more »
